Lecture and workshop in the Projects 7 group from the Marta Toral unit
‘Escuela Superior de Arquitectura y Tecnología’ (ESAYT). ‘Universidad Camilo José Cela’
16th March 2013, Villanueva de la Cañada (Madrid)
Marta Toral, projects professor at the ‘Universidad Camilo José Cela’, invited us, along with Ana Toral, to give a lecture within a series of workshops as part of the CO.RURAL_Tentativas course on appropriation of uninhabited places.
Under the title “Support for the Community” we presented our work, demonstrating the strategies that we used to deal address the urban scale. Later we attended the workshop.02, where we encouraged the students to suggest support for community life, basing their configuration on different levels of association: between individuals, between the individual and the group and between groups of individuals.
From this point forwards, the students developed their projects, and we will be able to see their results when we attend as invitees of the judging panel at the end of the course. For now, you can read about the workshop programme by clicking this link:
