Single-family housing project
El Espinar, Segovia, 2009
The programme of the house is divided into two distinct parts: a ‘shelter’, more private, and the other for activities, for communal use by the whole family, more public.
Each of these parts requires a different architectural character: while private areas form a more closed, solid and compartamentalised structure, the communal area, destined for activities development, forms a bright, very open and flexible space
In the development of Project implementation we collaborated with:
.Eva de Miguel Gómez, architecture student, on the drawing of plans
.Jesús Martínez Alegre, civil engineer, on structure calculation
.Nieves Plaza, architect, facilities calculation
