In Development

The STRATIFICATION of the programme into morphologically distinguished elements allows both the hybridization of uses – cultural and residential – and the establishment of the building on the ground.

In this way an element on the ground floor provides continuity with the garden, as much in its interior as on the roof. This element provides cultural uses, of a public nature.

On this rests a second element, more “building”, of residential use, which has a volumetric similar to that of the surrounding buildings.
