The introduction of some very different programmes in the same building  (residence, cultural activities, youth organization, administration and sports area) is solved with a layered structure, where each floor is linked to a programme, and defined solely in terms of it.

In this way the programme is optimized for each use, which allows it to develop independently from the others. Two vertical cores resolve the relationship between them all. The building is crowned with a sports track on the roof.
